McKinsey & Co.

McKinsey & Co.

McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm with over 4,000 consultants and nearly as many supporting personnel, operates in 75 offices in 38 countries.  They serve the top management of organizations in most industrial nations and in some developing countries.  Their mission is twofold: to help their clients make substantial and lasting improvements in their performance and to build a firm that is able to attract, develop, excite, motivate and retain exceptional people.

Their clients, many of whom are among the world's largest and most successful organizations, ask them to work on some of the most challenging and complex issues they face. Client performance improves visibly as a result of their work, and this success is reflected in the long-standing and trust-based relationships they have with their clients.

Announcements - Saturday, July 7, 2001: Guest speaker McKinsey & Co.

McKinsey will first present e-commerce frameworks. Then groups of four students will work on an e-commerce case study. Each group has to assign a CEO, CFO, CTO, and CMO. Each role comes with a set of binder of case study material, which is unique to its function. Results will be presented to the McKinsey consultants and Prof. Langdon.

We thank McKinsey for their lunch invitation.
