Christopher T. Stern

CEO and President, Spacient Technologies, Inc.



Mr. Stern is the founder and majority shareholder of Spacient Technologies, Inc. (Spacient™). As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he brings to the company extensive experience in managing information and operations technology development and services organizations. Prior to forming Spacient Technologies, Inc., Mr. Stern was President of Stern Consulting, a Los Angeles-based information technology services firm that specialized in the development of spatial information management systems for government and utility industry clients. Mr. Stern brings to Spacient more than eight years of experience in positions leading to Information Technology Director with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the largest municipally owned utility in the United States. In this role, Mr. Stern managed the annual information technology program for deployment and maintenance of systems for water utility operations, enterprise business applications, and mobile services.

Mr. Stern holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
